The hotel was one of the best we have stayed in. The greeting by staff was perfect, the room was perfect, especially the bathroom! We also had cocktails in the bar which were delicious and the staff there were friendly, accommodating and professional.

Couldn’t fault the staff, they were amazing. The rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delightful had afternoon tea and at night happy hour for one hour, had wine and beer to meet other people.The hotel is in a fantastic spot, step at the door and restaurants right on your doorstep. Would definitely come back if I go highly recommend .

The location is literally besides Uffizi, 10 minute walk to any location. Great breakfast. Most of all, staff were helpful, friendly and attentive all the time.

Hotel Balestri ligger vid floden Arno i centrala Florens. Ponte Vecchio och konstmuseet Uffizierna ligger 400 meter från hotellet. Hotellet har en takterrass med underbar utsikt över staden. Luxurious and central. Beautifully situated along the river; best shower of my life!!

Hotel Bernini Palace ligger i en 1400-talsbyggnad 5 minuters promenad från Florens katedral och Ponte Vecchio. På hotellet kan du beundra antika möbler och kristallkronor av Muranoglas. The staff was very kind and understanding and they were able to fix any problems. The hotel was located in a perfect area which allowed you to be close to all the tourist attractions.

Palazzo Portinari Salviati Residenza D'Epoca ligger i Florens, 4 minuters promenad från Piazza della Signoria, och erbjuder boende med en restaurang, privat parkering och en bar. Everything about this hotel was absolutely marvelous … especially the personnel!

The hotel is very elegant. The location is one of the best in Florence, within walking distance of the best shopping area and the most popular plazas. They Upgraded my room to a suite, it was very elegant and very royal. The breakfast was delicious and everyone has to try the nutella pie in the breakfast buffet. A special thanks to Adele she was amazing, Francisco, and Matteo. They were very helpful and polite.

Casual Rinascimento Firenze ligger idealiskt beläget i Florens och erbjuder frukostbuffé samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. super convenient location, close to tourist attractions and nice restaurants, in a peaceful street. The room was very big, even had a little chapel/altar space, walk in closet and small kitchen. We loved the al fresco painting on the ceiling and overall design of the room. the room is very quiet - you only hear it when other hotel guests are walking and talking in the inner courtyard of the hotel, but other than that there was no noise. we had the entire spa to ourselves, and loved the sauna and swimming pool. Staff is friendly :)
