Staff was friendly and very accommodating, my wife left behind an expensive pair of sunglasses and they shipped it to our home as promised. Room was cozy and had a great view, wish we stayed longer.

Situated in the heart of Florence, within the ex-convent of the Church of San Barnaba, Flom hotel offers its guests fully renovated surroundings. Excellent breakfast. Excellent Location. Hotel is so close to the train station and walking distance from all major attractions. It also has affiliations with a parking garage if you hire a car. The rooms were lovely and staff so friendly and helpful! Cannot exaggerate enough how you should stay here when visiting Florence!
