I love the center door knobs. This was our best hotel stay in italy (we stayed in 4 different ones). Unfortunately i caught the intestinal flu while we were in florence and it was horrible, i had to stay at the hotel basically the entire time. So I was grateful that at least the room was lovely. The staff were so helpful when we got there, showed us around the room and explained pretty much everything. They gave us a bunch of free waters as well. I had a good view of the duomo from my bed that i admired (in between puke sessions + it was the only thing to look at)

The friendliness of the staff made me feel good, after a long and tiring journey. The staff were also very helpful and understanding. The room was small, but it had all the facilities, and gad free still and sparkling water. A big plus! The view of the dumo from the hotel was fantastic!
