This new hotel was everything we could wish for. The location is great. It is a ten minute walk to the old town and a very easy stroll along the river to the Ponte Vecchio, but away from the crowds and noise. It was spotlessly clean with plenty of lovely fluffy white towels. And tastefully decorated. The rooms were soundproofed with beautiful soft covered walls and double glazed windows. We slept so well both nights as it was quiet and with internal shutters, you could make the room nice and dark. The staff are amazing! They were all so helpful with restaurant recommendations and helped us out when we were having trouble with booking a car. We will be highly recommending in this to friends that are looking for a great hotel in Florence.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is really helpful. Special thanks to Jenifer that received us and told us a lot of useful things about the city and restaurants.

This late 19th-century building is set along Arno River, just off Piazza Santa Croce and a 10-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. Everything was just perfect. The personnel was very very friendly and helpfull. I can not give any comment than that it was just perfect.
