Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel is housed in the Renaissance Palazzo Gaddi, dating back to 1596 and boasting traditional Florentine Baroque halls. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Christmas decorations were fantastic.

The colours are restful. The curtains are long and block out enough light. The risers on the stairs are quite low so that walking up or down the staircase is easy if you don't want to use the lift. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very varied and plentiful. The prunes were simply delicious, unlike most.
