Overall design of the hotel is nice and they have excellent breakfast which is mostly alaa cart.

Staff were extra helpful. I’d give them 11/10 for their service. When reception found out we were heading out for a tour before breakfast was ready they packed us a bag of goodies to have in lieu of breakfast. They also upgraded us up to fit two single beds in the room. As I requested for two single beds.

Ideally set in the Uffizi district of Florence, Hotel Davanzati is set 200 metres from Strozzi Palace, 800 metres from Pitti Palace and 1 km from Accademia Gallery. excellent location. great happy breakfast and happy hour features. staff incredibly friendly. loved it! and highly recommend to friends.

Very comfortable, well-decorated boutique hotel. The staff were super! All were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - good choice of everything. Room was clean with modern furnishing all in accord with the overall tasteful hotel decor. Spa was a welcome treat after a long day walking around beautiful Florence. Well situated at about a 20 minute walk from the centre

The room was very nice and well-equipped with all the essentials to make the stay comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten welcome card, which added such a personal and thoughtful touch. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staff member who assisted me during check-in (though I’m not sure of his name) was friendly and helpful. Additionally, during checkout, Christian was extremely professional and made the process smooth.

Amazing location within walking distance of all major attractions in Florence. Down a quiet street, with only foot traffic, this is one of my favourite places that I have stayed. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. It was also close to the main train station which was useful. Roberto went above and beyond to make sure I knew where everything was and that I had a comfortable stay.

The Ariele is located in Florence’s Porta al Prato area, a 15-minute walk from both Ponte Vecchio and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and staff are available 24 hours a day. The hotel was beautiful and fresh and clean. Beds were very comfortable and everything in the bathroom was perfection. The hotel was a little outside the center of the city, but that meant is was in a quieter neighborhood and we all slept well. The breakfast was fantastic! We were able to fill up and go all day until dinner time. The reception desk staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I really cannot find any fault whatsoever with this hotel!
