We loved everything about our stay. The breakfast spread is generous. There’s a lot of choices and the staffs are so kind to accommodate anything you might need. The room is big and beyond our expectations. We were 3 and there’s a lot of space. We loved the complimentaries and the helpful staff. The front desk helped us request for a cab back to the station. Location wise, it’s superb! 10 mins walk from Firenze main station. 8 mins walk to A’ccademia and 3-5 mins walk to Duomo. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

First of all I would like to thank you the receptionist girl. She is amazing. She always smiles, helps and talks to us like we are her friends. In the morning there is coffee service and some snacks. We loved the croissant with pistachio cream. The location was great, the hotel is near to the cathedral complex area. You can walk everywhere. Room was very clean. If I come to Florence again I will definitely stay there for sure. Thank you for everything.
