You simply can't get better service. Beyond Outstanding. Every staff member. Breakfast was excellent. Location is the best for staying near the Duomo and you can walk everywhere.

Ten minute walk to the train station, right by the Duomo, and walkable to everything you need. The owner was kind and accommodating to us. You need to be aware that this is a clean and simple bouquet hotel. It is a great value for the stay. There are several flights of stairs- this is normal for smaller Florence hotels. My husband and I found this to be no problem for us. Check in and check out are with the owner - be aware that super late check ins are not possible. She was willing to assist anyway she could with check in and check out.
