Everything! from the check in to the check out it was perfect. Breakfast was especially good as well as the amazing gardens and very helpful and kind staff.

Lokacija hotela in njihovo parkirišče sta nam zelo ustrezala, ker smo prišli z motorji in smo se lahko potem zvečer odpravili v mesto peš. Receptorja sta bila zelo prijazna in zgovorna. Všeč so nam bile sobe, predvsem suita na vrtu, ki je ločena od glavne hotelske stavbe🙂

The receptionists helped us with advice and suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. the lady from the restaurant is also very professional and kind. The beds are comfortable, excellent parking

The ambiance of the hotel and being closer to nature as the hotel is situated amongst beautiful gardens and established avenues of trees, etc. It is lovely to return to the hotel after busy excursions in and around Florence. The staff was extremely polite and helpful..

The stuff was very Helpful and friendly . They Helped us a lot to find good Busses.Metro and we saved Money.

Villa Carlotta is a 19th-century country manor surrounded by parks and gardens. It is near the panoramic terrace of Piazzale Michelangelo, and a 15-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Beautiful old villa in a quiet area. The rooms are larger than expected. The pool is great and clean. It's not a crazy tourist hotel.
