Villa Carlotta is a 19th-century country manor surrounded by parks and gardens. It is near the panoramic terrace of Piazzale Michelangelo, and a 15-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Beautiful old villa in a quiet area. The rooms are larger than expected. The pool is great and clean. It's not a crazy tourist hotel.

He took care of us very well and he provided everything we asked for. Garden is wonderful, location is also very good, you can park your car and go explore the city by bus. Breakfast was also alright, it was mostly pastries / cheese / meat. We Turkish people are used to eating fresh produce at breakfast but unfortunately it is not possible to find such breakfasts in Europe. Room was very spacious, wooden furniture is very authentic the sheets and towels were very clean. We enjoyed our stay in Florence thanks to Ricardo.
