Surrounded by the Tuscan hills, Park Palace is a historic Florentine villa offering a large furnished garden with pool. It is located a 5-minute bus ride from Florence’s centre. It felt like we were in a movie set; gorgeous. A tranquil space away from the chaos of touristic areas up in the hills, but, we did not mind the walk as the route to central Florence took around 20-30 mins through a beautiful garden. The room and bathroom was quite spacious. The staff were wonderful and gave us recommendations. As for the breakfast, it was a delight! There is a great selection to choose from, where you can then have your breakfast on a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The house's history is quite interesting too with a lot of the furniture categorized as priceless antiques.

The staff is very friendly. We asked for the bus passes but then didn't need them and they took them back. You have a nice pastery shop just around the corner.

Villa Carlotta is a 19th-century country manor surrounded by parks and gardens. It is near the panoramic terrace of Piazzale Michelangelo, and a 15-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Excellent breakfast, reception was exceptionally helpful and the room was beautiful. Definitely recommend for anyone who want a quiet, nice hotel.

Helpful and understanding our needs. I recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for traditional, Italian host. We will come back there again when visiting Florence.
