Roberto was a great host. I was able to deposit my luggage at the reception. Roberto also gave me valuable sightseeing tips. My room was spotless. Lovely bedding and a comfortable bed. I cannot understand why this accomodation only has one star. It is perfect. I will definitely return. Thank you Roberto for the wonderful stay.

The Hotel is situated in the historic centre of town a few steps away from the conference hall, exhibition grounds(Fortezza da Basso) and train station. Absolutely lovely hotel in quiet part of Florence. Manager was very friendly & welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful room, extremely helpful staff and designer finished hotel. I was impressed with their coffee facilities - we even had hot chocolate, barley and camomille satchets in the room! And they offered free afternoon tea in the breakfast area, which was really amazing!! Highly recommended!!

Hotel Donatello is in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes’ walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Rooms feature air conditioning and a TV. the location is perfect. the staff were nice and kind. they helped us with every request. Me and my friend enjoyed our time in this hotel. The little fridge in the room is a nice touch.

The Market Urban Hotel is ideally located 200 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and 450 metres from the Fortezza Da Basso Exhibition Centre. Florence Cathedral is a 10-minute stroll away. The service from check in to out was excellent. The rooms were decently sized for the price. Bed was comfortable and toilet was tastefully done. There was water kettle to boil water for tea/ coffee too.
