Lovely place to stay,I was welcomed by the hosts with a pot of real coffee and biscuits.My room upgraded, was lovely,big comfortable bed,en suite bathroom a delight,best quality towels and lots of big bottles of nice toiletries. It's outside the centre,a good walk but just minutes on the bus that stops outside for both directions. Ready to visit again soon!😃

Nastanitev Cosy Georgian Flat na izjemni lokaciji v središču mesta Edinburg ponuja verando. The host was wonderful and met us at the property at the time we asked for. They had even bought us milk and fruit and happily answered all our questions about the city and how Christmas would affect shops etc. The property was clean and tidy, no critique. Location was great as well, near the city center and right next to a tram stop so getting to and from the airport was convenient. The immediate area was peaceful and heard no noises from outside during our stay. The flat isn't the most modern, but I didn't mind and it had a charm to it. Definitely worth it!

We visited 1 Belleview Terrace for the Fringe Festival and the location is perfect! The apartment is spacious, elegantly decorated, and just exquisite. We absolutely loved our stay and appreciate the owners communication, and quick response. Cannot recommend enough. Will be back next year!!
