The glamorous Rutland Hotel has stylish rooms, a luxurious late-lounge, and a unique restaurant with a glass wine cellar. Everything was clean and well thought through. All rooms were stylish and enjoyable.

Situated in central Edinburgh at the foot of Calton Hill, 24 Royal Terrace is nestled amongst the grand Georgian townhouses of a UNESCO Heritage site. The staff is incredible, overall experience 10/10

The mural on the stairway was a real eye opener and added to the authenticity of the hotel. We felt so welcomed.

The hotel is in a great location, we were in Edinburgh for New Year’s Eve so only had a short walk back from street party the hotel. The hotel is easy to access from the tram from the airport. Hotel was clean and tidy, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, had a large variety of foods to choose from and was always kept topped up and fresh.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Terrace hotel offers accommodation in Edinburgh, 500 metres from Edinburgh Playhouse. Everything was wonderful. We have enjoyed it. I would like to express my thanks to the Hotel Administration. Thank you.
