The room was quaint, with very comfortable beds and linens. The host brought champagne to the room after checkin and were overall very lovely and quite helpful! I would definitely come back and stay here in a heartbeat:)

We got a beautiful, cosy room in this beautiful house! Everything was perfect! Ms Margaret was very helpful and gave us all the info needed. In the room we got info about places to visit and eat. This was very useful! Once back to Edinburgh, we will definitely stay there again!

John was a fantastic host. Great restaurant recommendations. Easy access with your own door code. Made the place feel like home (if you woke up at home and had breakfast ready for you). Great spread on the morning breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Made our new years special.

The hosts are very friendly, and the lodging was impeccably clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. This all made for a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay and appreciate the owners communication, and quick response. Cannot recommend enough. Will be back next year!!
