Very nice and clean room with the best breakfast we ever had in a guesthouse! The owner and staff were super firendly and helpful. It's located just 15-20 mins from the old town, but also quite close to the Arthur's seat which is a must visit!

Located 300 metres from the Omni Centre, Destiny Scotland - Broughton St Lofts offers free WiFi and apartments fitted with a kitchen, seating area and flat-screen TV. The location is absolutely perfect - in walking distance to the main station and very close to all attractions. Many cafés and restaurants nearby (also a market). The apartment is beautifully decorated, It has two bathrooms. It´s very clean, very easy to heat, and the bed is very comfortable. Windows are well sealed so it´s very silent at night - you don´t hear any noises of neighbours in the building either.... Check in and check out is very easy.

Breakfast was great - delicious baking available, and nice to have the option to choose whether to have a cooked breakfast or not and to have different options at different prices.

1 Bellevue Terrace is situated in the Broughton district of Edinburgh, 1.4 km from Edinburgh Waverley station, 1.8 km from Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and 1.9 km from Royal Mile. Gorgeous apartment, a lot bigger than expected. It feels really homey and cosy. It’s in a quieter area but not too far from town. We had an amazing stay!

The apartment was finished to a high standard and very recent, the two bathrooms perfect for family. and the overall finish was really 5* standard, the bonus of free parking in Edinburgh a massive plus The location was only a 5 min walk from the new shopping center at the end of Princes street and 100 yds from main road that has plenty of restaurants. The property overlooks a garden area and very quiet. A coop store is located 200 mtrs away. I honestly could not fault this place and would look to use again.
