Less than 1.5 miles from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and the city centre, Edinburgh House Hotel has en suite rooms. The price is OK. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was tidy, not so small and apparently recently renewed. Tea, coffee and boiler. What more can one ask for an attractive price ?

It was truly an amazing stay. Mirela is a fantastic host, really friendly and caring. Breakfast is simply perfect (even if you have particular requests). The position is very good, near the center but in a quiet spot. The room was really clean, right temperature, beautiful bed, and they also provided us with some sweets and drink to enjoy. Truly recommended! 🫶

Everything was perfect. It was really clean and comfy, the breakfast was super good, the host was extra nice and caring. The emplacement was also good, at 5/10 minutes from the city center. Really recommend to stay there!

I don’t think you will find better, more comfortable and wonderful accommodation in Edinburgh. The room was huge and the bed was incredible. It’s in a lovely area and it’s a short, cafe-lined walk to the city centre. Great communication, a really thoughtful little hamper of fruit (+ a bottle of wine!) only added to the quality of the accommodation. A fantastic stay in a lovely home.

1 Bellevue Terrace is situated in the Broughton district of Edinburgh, 1.4 km from Edinburgh Waverley station, 1.8 km from Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and 1.9 km from Royal Mile. Gorgeous apartment, a lot bigger than expected. It feels really homey and cosy. It’s in a quieter area but not too far from town. We had an amazing stay!
