Very nice and clean room with the best breakfast we ever had in a guesthouse! The owner and staff were super firendly and helpful. It's located just 15-20 mins from the old town, but also quite close to the Arthur's seat which is a must visit!

Located 300 metres from the Omni Centre, Destiny Scotland - Broughton St Lofts offers free WiFi and apartments fitted with a kitchen, seating area and flat-screen TV. The location is absolutely perfect - in walking distance to the main station and very close to all attractions. Many cafés and restaurants nearby (also a market). The apartment is beautifully decorated, It has two bathrooms. It´s very clean, very easy to heat, and the bed is very comfortable. Windows are well sealed so it´s very silent at night - you don´t hear any noises of neighbours in the building either.... Check in and check out is very easy.

Set a 12-minute walk from Edinburgh Playhouse, Antler Guest House offers accommodation with free WiFi in Edinburgh. The property is close to Omni Centre, Edinburgh Military Tattoo and Royal Mile. Really friendly welcome - was provided with a map and an explanation of places that we might want to visit during our stay. They also gave us a bit of whiskey as a welcome to Scotland. Very comfortable and private accommodation. Other guests in house were very quiet and respectful of noise etc.

Located in Edinburgh's historic New Town and 15 minutes' walk from the city centre, the family-run McCrae's Bed and Breakfast is a traditional 19th-century property with a mix of period and modern... Breakfast was great - delicious baking available, and nice to have the option to choose whether to have a cooked breakfast or not and to have different options at different prices.

Exceptionally clean & comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Edinburgh. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Dryden Gardens. The hosts are very friendly, and the lodging was impeccably clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. This all made for a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend!

The door code instructions were easy to use. the communication with the host was really good and quick. The apartment was finished to a high standard and very recent, the two bathrooms perfect for family. and the overall finish was really 5* standard, the bonus of free parking in Edinburgh a massive plus The location was only a 5 min walk from the new shopping center at the end of Princes street and 100 yds from main road that has plenty of restaurants. The property overlooks a garden area and very quiet. A coop store is located 200 mtrs away. I honestly could not fault this place and would look to use again. This is an easy recommendation to make, perfect
