The Raeburn is set in the charming Stockbridge area of Edinburgh and within 20 minutes’ walk of Princes Street and the New Town. Almost everything! The location is perfect, not in the center so it’s quiet in the daytime and the Royal Botanic Garden is just a short walk away. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the food is delicious, the staff is nice.

This magnificent Georgian townhouse boasts sumptuous rooms, each with a 42-inch plasma TV and slate bathroom. Amongst the cobbled streets of Edinburgh’s New Town, it is 800 metres from Princes Street.... Room, host and bed were fabulous

Very nice and clean apartment. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Close to a little supermarket and a nice restaurants. The bus is just a few minutes away but it's not far to walk into the center. The price was higher than normal because of the festival but we had a great stay here. I rekomend this apartment .

Location was very good. The flat was very well organized . There was a welcome box of cookies and tea for us. The kitchen had all the essential cooking tools. Beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were in very good conditions.
