The property was easy to find and the host was very responsive via phone. The room was quaint, with very comfortable beds and linens. The host brought champagne to the room after checkin and were overall very lovely and quite helpful! I would definitely come back and stay here in a heartbeat:)

Less than 1.5 miles from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and the city centre, Edinburgh House Hotel has en suite rooms. Lovely area . Rooms clean and lovely and warm . Will definitely book this accommodation again

We got a beautiful, cosy room in this beautiful house! Everything was perfect! Ms Margaret was very helpful and gave us all the info needed. In the room we got info about places to visit and eat. This was very useful! Once back to Edinburgh, we will definitely stay there again!

John was a fantastic host. Great restaurant recommendations. Easy access with your own door code. Made the place feel like home (if you woke up at home and had breakfast ready for you). Great spread on the morning breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Made our new years special.

I had a wonderful stay at Dryden Gardens. The hosts are very friendly, and the lodging was impeccably clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. This all made for a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. We visited 1 Belleview Terrace for the Fringe Festival and the location is perfect! The apartment is spacious, elegantly decorated, and just exquisite. We absolutely loved our stay and appreciate the owners communication, and quick response. Cannot recommend enough. Will be back next year!!
