This modern hotel is next to the Ocean Terminal shopping centre and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It has paid onsite parking, air-conditioned rooms and regular buses to the city centre stop outside. location was great for a short stay, easy access to the city centre without the noise and hubub. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

This boutique hotel sits on the banks of the Forth in Leith, and boasts a state-of-the art gym, free parking and a stylish bar. Edinburgh city centre is just 10 minutes’ drive away. The room was exceptionally large for a hotel, the TV too. There was more than enough space to spread out, including a large desk and multiple chairs. Exceptional, I really loved the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again for sure!

The price is good for the room, easy access to get the key, well written instruction, and clean. The apartment is very spacious and offers everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot. Communication with the host was fantastic.

The place is well furnished with such a cosy vibe. Just across the street, there are some amazing restaurants and store for fresh seafood where I could buy and cook my own dishes. Also there is ASDA in a walking distance. Plus a few steps to the bus station could get me to the heart of Edinburgh city. The tram station is a few minutes away if walking. Truly amazing place to stay! The host was super supportive and responsive with well thought way to support during the stay. I accidentally locked the door with the key inside the house. The host picked up my call so fast with instant well managed way for me to get spare key to get in the house.

We were welcomed by Richard who has been really helpful. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartement is clean, the beds are comfortable. Although it is not located at the city centre but taking the bus to the Edinburgh downtown is a good idea without having to worry about the traffic jam due to road works or finding parking. Only 5-minutes walking distance to bus stop no 10. Our family enjoyed our stay. It's also near the Fishmarket where we enjoyed the best fish and chips next to the lighthouse and the sea. The kids appreciate the Netflix and they said they love staying here.

Located in the wonderful neighborhood of Leith, this flat is very spacious and comfortable and beautifully appointed. The huge kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal including a full spice rack and a nice round table to enjoy our meals. The main bedroom was massive with a full walk in closet and chests of drawers and a desk, ideal for a longer stay or working remotely. The two bathrooms are compact but modern and functional. The living room has a large L shaped sofa and a Smart TV and was a welcome sight after a full day of cycling or sightseeing. The Leith neighborhood is vibrant with many cafes, pubs and restaurants, and the hosts provided an amazing and personalized insider guide to Edinburgh with wonderful recommendations on where to go, including restaurants, and what to see. We enjoyed strolling Leith Walk and the Harbor area and we did a ride through the Portobello neighborhood along the beachfront on spectacular warm day and we were amazed by the coastline and the Esplanade full of outdoor cafes. Arthur’s Seat, good for picnics and hiking or cycling, gave us some special views of Edinburgh and is accessible by foot from the flat. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh. We only regret we couldn’t stay longer!
