This boutique hotel sits on the banks of the Forth in Leith, and boasts a state-of-the art gym, free parking and a stylish bar. Edinburgh city centre is just 10 minutes’ drive away. Very clean and comfortable. Nice staff and amazing breakfast. Good location with bus and tram stops.

This modern hotel is next to the Ocean Terminal shopping centre and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It has paid onsite parking, air-conditioned rooms and regular buses to the city centre stop outside. It was near the tram and bus station. Also a 5mins walk to Britania and the Ocean terminal mall. Buses take you straight to city centre which is a 10mins drive. Good spread for breakfast, good WiFi speed, good shower & Comfy beds. Secure place to store our baggage as we had a late flight out. Kristy was so helpful in providing bus route numbers on how to get to the city centre and to the castle & zoo.

Park View Hotel is situated only 2 km from Edinburgh and easily accessible by frequent buses. This Victorian town house overlooks the famous Leith Links park. I was particularly impressed by the staff, especially the manager, who went out of their way to assist and organize everything for our trip. Recognizing it was our first visit to Scotland, the manager kindly provided me with valuable travel information and recommendations for sightseeing, which was an unexpected and excellent touch. Furthermore, while visibly busy cleaning and organizing a room, one helpful lady noticed me wandering in the car park and actively offered assistance in finding the entrance. She even went above and beyond by inquiring about my room number and personally guiding me to its location within the building. Finally, the manager's proactive message the next morning, checking in on my comfort during my stay, confirmed their genuine commitment to exceptional customer care. When I requested a kettle replacement, they promptly delivered a brand new one to my room on the same day, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.

Located in Edinburgh, 2.9 km from Portobello Beach, Park View Rooms provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. They let me keep my bag in the luggage room in the morning, even though the check in time was at 3pm. There was no receptionist and you get all the information on time, so absolutely no hassle. Everything was perfect as it should be.

Located in Edinburgh in the Lothian region with Royal Yacht Britannia nearby, Old fisherman's Cottage No 4, free parking provides accommodation with free private parking. Was very happy with the place. It was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. It is situated near restaurants (like Rishi's next door, which was lovely) and the tram. We had an easy time getting to and from the airport and the city centre. Staying on this side of town also let us more easily explore this area and its surrounds which was well worth it. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

Located in the Scottish capital of Edinburgh, Crioch Guest House is just 2 miles from Holyrood Park. It offers free WiFi access and free parking. Each room offers a flat-screen TV and a seating area. Amazing hosts, clean accomodation with all the necessary equipment , very good location so everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much in this city and James and Dora have even made it more unforgettable. Thank you again. :-)

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Mackenzie Guest house is located in Edinburgh, 2.8 km from Portobello Beach and 2.1 km from Royal Yacht Britannia. Everything was awesome. Danny and his wife are amazing hosts. We felt ourselves at home. The small guest house is located 12 minutes by bus from the railway station. The bus stop is just in front of the guest house. The tram stop to the airport is located 7 minutes by walk. The way to the airport by tram takes roughly 50 minutes. The area around is perfectly safe, with a lot of restaurants and pubs. The room was clean, and I obtained everything needed (towels, a kettle with free tea, coffee, cacao, and cookies, hairdryer). Everything was perfectly clean. The guest house proposes a traditional scotch breakfast for a very reasonable price. Danny also gave us some valuable recommendations regarding the tourist attractions in Edinburgh.
