This modern hotel is next to the Ocean Terminal shopping centre and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It has paid onsite parking, air-conditioned rooms and regular buses to the city centre stop outside. I like everything about this hotel - from the reception to the room, including the cleanliness and breakfast. The staff is polite and friendly. The room has everything you need. the room is modern and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Park View Hotel is situated only 2 km from Edinburgh and easily accessible by frequent buses. This Victorian town house overlooks the famous Leith Links park. I like this stay. Nice hotel in the park. A big Tesco store and bus stops near the hotel

This boutique hotel sits on the banks of the Forth in Leith, and boasts a state-of-the art gym, free parking and a stylish bar. Edinburgh city centre is just 10 minutes’ drive away. The position in LEITH was fantastic. Carpark at the hotel. Close to many restaurants & very easy access to the tram. A good spot to stay when visiting Edinburgh

There was no receptionist and you get all the information on time, so absolutely no hassle. Everything was perfect as it should be.

Spacious, clean apartment in a lovely setting by the water. Restful, quiet neighbourhood with nice walk by the water to friendly restaurants and cafes. Good transport connections into the city centre. Excellent host, very quick to respond to any queries. Really clear instructions for access.

It was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. It is situated near restaurants (like Rishi's next door, which was lovely) and the tram. We had an easy time getting to and from the airport and the city centre. Staying on this side of town also let us more easily explore this area and its surrounds which was well worth it. I would stay here again and would recommend it.
