This boutique hotel sits on the banks of the Forth in Leith, and boasts a state-of-the art gym, free parking and a stylish bar. Edinburgh city centre is just 10 minutes’ drive away. Clean great location it was my birthday while I was there and I got a lovely card and drinks on the house so considerate

This modern hotel is next to the Ocean Terminal shopping centre and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It has paid onsite parking, air-conditioned rooms and regular buses to the city centre stop outside. The property was in a great location walking distance to many restaurants and to the Ocean terminal.

Park View Hotel is situated only 2 km from Edinburgh and easily accessible by frequent buses. This Victorian town house overlooks the famous Leith Links park. This was great acomodation. We had a very large room (32) which was plenty big enough for 4 adults. -Parking was easy right next to our room. -The cleaning guy was very friendly & helpfull, explained which bus to catch into town. -key was left in lockbox to pick up. Instructions in message were very clear. But i didnt expand my message so missed parking instructions (my fault lol) -Good heating. -Highly reconmend.

They let me keep my bag in the luggage room in the morning, even though the check in time was at 3pm. There was no receptionist and you get all the information on time, so absolutely no hassle. Everything was perfect as it should be.

Everything was great, staff was super friendly and caring. The contact with hotel was quick and great. They waited for us to arrive late and answered all the questions. Also there are discounts for local cafes. Bed was not super big but very comfortable. Coffee, tea and water in the price.

The apartment is very spacious and offers everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot. Communication with the host was fantastic.
