The room has everything you need. the room is modern and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Park View Hotel is situated only 2 km from Edinburgh and easily accessible by frequent buses. This Victorian town house overlooks the famous Leith Links park. Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek voltak. The position in LEITH was fantastic. Carpark at the hotel. Close to many restaurants & very easy access to the tram. A good spot to stay when visiting Edinburgh

Located in Edinburgh, 2.9 km from Portobello Beach, Park View Rooms provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. I expected one room, but in fact there were two - which was great unexpected bonus for a family of 5. You need to go through the bathroom to get to the second room, but that was fine for us. Good accommodation for this price during Christmas. 35-minute walk to the city centre and beautiful park nearby.

Good transport connections into the city centre. Excellent host, very quick to respond to any queries. Really clear instructions for access.

Located in Edinburgh in the Lothian region with Royal Yacht Britannia nearby, Old fisherman's Cottage No 4, free parking provides accommodation with free private parking. Was very happy with the place. It was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. It is situated near restaurants (like Rishi's next door, which was lovely) and the tram. We had an easy time getting to and from the airport and the city centre. Staying on this side of town also let us more easily explore this area and its surrounds which was well worth it. I would stay here again and would recommend it.
