Barton Hall has loads of character. Breakfast was excellent. Nice little discovery, will definitely be back!

O High Grassings fica no centro do bairro do lago, com vista para as colinas circundantes. Location was out of the way down a narrow country road so quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was great, full english cooked fresh as well as continental breakfast offereings. The hosts were so nice and accomodating. There is lots of hiking close by, and it's a short drive to Ambleside & Hawkshead where there is shopping, restaurants and more walking/hiking opportunities. The room had everything we neeeded, including a wonderful view as far as you could see. We even liked being woken by the rooster early in the morning! Highly recommend.

Situado em um hectare de jardins, na pitoresca vila de Grasmere, o Lake View Country House está localizado no centro do Lake District, em uma propriedade de época recém-renovada com características... The suite was very clean and immaculately presented. It had everything that we needed and we greatly enjoyed our stay. We loved the house and the grounds which are clearly very well looked after. Dogs are more than welcome and catered for with treats and blankets. The property was very easy to find and the private parking was useful. Having a discount at The Good Sport pub was a bonus.
