High Grassings lies in the heart of the Lake District with views of the surrounding fells. Our stay at High Grassings, Lake District Bed and Breakfast was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of breathtaking scenery, this charming B&B offered the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing personalized service that made us feel right at home. Each morning, we were greeted with a sumptuous breakfast that catered to all tastes, featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The room was beautifully appointed, with attention to detail that ensured a luxurious and restful experience. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the views from our window were picturesque, offering a serene backdrop to our stay. The location was ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the Lake District, with easy access to roads, trails and lakes. Tarn Hows was close by and simply quintessentially English countryside at its best! What truly set this B&B apart was the genuine care and hospitality of the hosts. Set in an acre of gardens, in the picturesque village of Grasmere, Lake View Country House is located in the heart of the Lake District, in a recently-renovated period property with original features.... The cottage is beautiful, very tastfully equiped, very clean. The landlord Richard was extremely nice and helpful!

Ees Wyke Country House is an elegant Georgian property in the Lake District, less than 3 miles from the town of Hawkshead. Breakfast was excellent. We loved having afternoon tea and scones in the drawing room, and a refreshing cider served while we read. Books about Beatrix Potter and a sunny window seat to snuggle up and read were very much appreciated.

Amidst the scenery of the Lake District, this family-run bed and breakfast provides rooms with free Wi-Fi and views of the fells. good location, close to major road but still peaceful, also close to bus stop. Opposite is an inn well worth a visit.

This 150-year-old country house guest accommodation is in quiet gardens, 700 metres from Windermere town centre. It has free Wi-Fi, free parking and a lounge/bar. The reception on arrival and just a stunning beautiful house. This was an amazing place to visit and stay.
