Really liked the attention to detail such as the picnic breakfast, there were brownies in the room when we arrived as a little snack. Enough coffee for several cups. A small fridge with water and fruit juice. Milk for coffee. It was all really lovely. White linen, good quality towels.

The food, dinner and breakfast was amazing and varied with many local food options and catered well for Gluten Free guests. The room was clean and spacious with good tea and coffee making facilities and a good selection of biscuits. Lovely beer garden.

A perfect little country pub stay with a personable service from hosts Louise & Martin. We chose this accommodation to stay the night before a day at Snetterton race circuit which is just 7 mins up the lanes from here - nowhere is closer! We arrived early evening on a Sunday and kitchen was closed but Martin suggested we could get a take away in and even provided us with cutlery and crockery - very accommodating indeed. Rooms were out the back in converted stables, lovely and clean, comfy and a quiet nights sleep. Will 100% stay again, thank you very much.

I was expecting a lot of noise in a pub on a Saturday night, but it didn't happen. The bar doesn't play music or TV and the customers weren't very loud (though the rooms do overlook the beer garden, so you can hear some talking if you open the windows). Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were super-friendly, helpful, and polite. It's in a convenient location, not too far from the main roads and the coast. Probably the best room in a pub I've ever had, and definitely on my list of 'places to stay when I go birding in Norfolk' from now on!

Great location for exploring the area.

The room and facilities were first class as was the breakfast. The hosts were very informative on places to eat in the area. There were a few to choose from in neighbouring villages. We also had a fantastic evening in the local village pub! Would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

We had a lovely weekend here. Good location for seeing lots of Norfolk. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the breakfast was very good.

Everything was lovely from the moment we arrived with a warm, friendly welcome, a cuddle with Ted the dog, beautiful accommodation with a lovely comfy bed. We both had an amazing night's sleep. We will be back.

Housed in a building dating from 2020, this bed and breakfast is 14 km from Bungay Castle and 24 km from Norwich City Football Club. The bed and breakfast has facilities for disabled guests. Although I did not book breakfast, there was self-service available within the room. After walking over 30 miles that day, it was a warm, comfortable experience, welcoming and exactly what I needed. No issues whatsoever.
