We were upgraded to Room 1 with the kitchen facilities and the huge bathroom with roll top bath as there were building works going on.
Our room was gorgeous ,spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful with advice on the area.
The menu in the restaurant is limited but food was good…breakfast is taken over the road at Byfords…this was outstanding!!
We are thinking to move to the area so will definitely be back on any house hunts!
Highly recommend staying here!!

Great location, comfortable room and en suite. Very quiet at night. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nicely appointed bar and good service. Overall would visit again, think would be very cosy in the winter.
Apartment is well appointed, bright and a great location right in the heart of Holt and we really enjoyed our three night stay.
The beds are comfortable, shower works well with good water pressure. There's a nice large TV and modern kitchen appliances... everything you need.
The allocated parking spot is approx a five minute walk...
Holt is a really charming town and would recommend to visit.
Wow wow wow
Fantastic accommodation with great hosts
Superb central location and extremely quiet
Couldn’t ask for anything better
Apartment is disability friendly
Great location in the middle of beautiful quaint Holt, we liked being in the Lawn Rooms a 2min walk from the main Feathers building as it felt quieter, and perfect having the little garden there for our dog.
Super dog friendly, there was a bed, bowl, and treats there to make our pooch feel extra welcome!
We had dinner at The Feathers too which was nice.
Very cute and compact, but with everything you could possibly need for a short break. Property was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. Quiet village location with offroad parking and a private patio area. Quite narrow lanes to negotiate to get to the property but, once there, only a relatively short drive to Holt and the coast.
Quiet and clean and a super large comfortable bed which is what we have at home - so slept really well. Excellent breakfast. The host was friendly and informative but not too intrusive
