Less than 350 metres from the seafront, No. 33 Huntstanton is a boutique establishment, stylishly decorated offering room-only accommodation. Free parking is available, and free WiFi is accessible in all areas. Loved the decor. Really liked the attention to detail such as the picnic breakfast, there were brownies in the room when we arrived as a little snack. Enough coffee for several cups. A small fridge with water and fruit juice. Milk for coffee. It was all really lovely. White linen, good quality towels.

As of February 2022 our Car Parking facilities are back in operation. Our car park is limited and is on a first come first served basis. I was expecting a lot of noise in a pub on a Saturday night, but it didn't happen. The bar doesn't play music or TV and the customers weren't very loud (though the rooms do overlook the beer garden, so you can hear some talking if you open the windows). Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were super-friendly, helpful, and polite. It's in a convenient location, not too far from the main roads and the coast. Probably the best room in a pub I've ever had, and definitely on my list of 'places to stay when I go birding in Norfolk' from now on!

Great location for exploring the area.

Guests at the bed and breakfast can enjoy cycling nearby, or make the most of the garden. We loved that there was a private terrace and garden to enjoy the evenings in. The room and facilities were first class as was the breakfast. The hosts were very informative on places to eat in the area. There were a few to choose from in neighbouring villages. We also had a fantastic evening in the local village pub! Would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

On arrival I was given a warm welcome by Elizabeth, who owns the property. Breakfast is excellent with nothing spared. Elizabeth is very informative of the village and surrounding area. I was there for some bird watching and Dower House is well situated for all the local reserves. Mottey, Elizabeth's young black Labrador, is a lovely, friendly dog. All in all I had a great stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone who visits the area. There is a small shop and post office in the village and Fakenham has plenty of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and take-aways.

The bed and breakfast has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. Everything was lovely from the moment we arrived with a warm, friendly welcome, a cuddle with Ted the dog, beautiful accommodation with a lovely comfy bed. We both had an amazing night's sleep. We will be back.

Housed in a building dating from 2020, this bed and breakfast is 14 km from Bungay Castle and 24 km from Norwich City Football Club. The bed and breakfast has facilities for disabled guests. Although I did not book breakfast, there was self-service available within the room. After walking over 30 miles that day, it was a warm, comfortable experience, welcoming and exactly what I needed. No issues whatsoever.
