Outstanding customer service, they went beyond and above to help us with our travel issues as we don’t speak Turkish and had coordination problems. The breakfast and the room itself were outstanding. The room is clean and the King Suite is really spacious with an extra room for watching TV and relaxing. Veysel and Aydin, the team from the hotel, were really kind and can easily answer our questions

Conveniently set in the Bahcelievler district of Istanbul, BayMari Suites City Life is located 7.9 miles from Halic Congress Center, 9.1 miles from Blue Mosque and 9.2 miles from Spice Bazaar. This is a really good place. Very comfortable and clean, friendly staff, everything you need is there. Good location, the center can be reached in 40 minutes. Very quiet, no noise from the street bothers you.

The hotel is incredibly clean, and the rooms are both elegant and comfortable. Its location in the heart of Taksim, right on Istiklal Street, was perfect and saved us so much time exploring the city's attractions. Being close to restaurants, shopping spots, and metro stations made everything so convenient. The breakfast was extraordinary, offering a great start to each day. I must also highlight the wonderful staff who made our stay truly special. They were always smiling, ready to give advice, and eager to help. I want to give a special thanks to Asya, Selen, and Burak for their warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul
