The old part of town is lovely to walk around, but avoid the restaurants there as they're really expensive and don't serve much in the way of Turkish food. The area outside Hadrian's Gate has a bunch of great places that are much cheaper, serving proper local food.

It is a very easy city to navigate, with lots to see and do.
It is a very easy city to navigate, with lots to see and do. Shopping, sightseeing, exploring. The old city is good to explore, plus the marina and the beautiful views around every corner. Further afield, the Upper Duden Waterfalls are just a short bus ride away, and well worth a visit. I got there early and had the place almost to myself. Plenty to see, great choices of food, accommodation to suit every budget. I would not hesitate to return.

- tourist traps (leather/fur shops, you can bargain with them as much as you can)
- trash in old town in less visited areas
Please, visit Antalya at winter! Much less tourists, but weather is quite nice, warm, sunny! And don't hesitate to use transport system - it is quite cheap (in comparison with Europe) and convenient outside off-pick hours

The holiday coast of Turkey has a strong Grecian and Roman influence. The large ancient city of Perge is just a 30-minute drive away. Its 500+ statues and ancient treasures are housed in the Antalya Museum, which has a superb collection of Hercules and Emperor Hadrian statues. The old town has a marina with over 20 large boats for coastal tours ranging from 2-4 hours to all day. Hadrian's gate is well preserved, and Umbrella Street is one of a kind, not to be missed. New large aquarium for families is an added attraction. The Disney land style theme park with extensive water rides and roller coasters with huge free shopping mall is 45 minutes drive away

As i was there for dental work i did not see too much of the surrounding area. But i will return for a full on Holiday.
Antalya airport however needs to be improved in the departures area. Nowhere near enough seating for the amount of passengers, I have been twice now and both experiences have been very poor.
Taxis are REALLY inexpensive £6.00 for a 25 minute drive to Old Town. All metered and friendly drivers.

Very pleasant town, the public transport just works, the beaches are quite clean, no issues to report. Even in November the weather was quite nice. Do not go here for the museums though, they are not very good. Shopping in the streets is traditionally amazing.

This property’s location is one of a kind, amazing view from rooms, perfectly maintained room. Plus the hotel staff is very accommodating especially the guest relation employees such as Korhan. Definitely a value for money hotel. Indeed a 5 Star. The All inclusive package, is heaven for people who love to stay at hotel enjoy, there are numerous other activities such as table tennis, swimming pool, several games, free spa and Hammam and many more.
The staff are very nice, the rooms and all facilities are clean, the view and the terrace are beautiful.
The "all inclusive" meals option was a good choice, especially when you have kids with you.
The food is very good and there is a huge variety on breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also loved the snack bar's burger and pizza.
The coffee was good, and again, the hotel is very clean.
The standard and variety of food exceeded our expectations, The staff were very attentive, professional and gave the impression of being proud and happy in their work. The atmosphere and vibe in the hotel was very relaxed. The facilities were exactly as advertised with no hidden extras. Would definitely come back as this has been the best all inclusive that we've stayed at.
A great all inclusive hotel with different activities that would suit couples, families, kids, etc. Lots of food to pick from the buffet that almost runs the whole day, beach is nice and clean, staff were friendly.
