The room was a good size at the front. Loved the pool area and outside Jacuzzi which I only just learned was hot!!! Food Amazing. Love Manuel! He rec my haddock brekkie and was perfect. Comfy lounge bar.Booked again for December!!!

Breakfast was excellent, very good Buffett and selections, location was walking distance is everywhere, staff were very helpful, the pool and rooms layouts were fantastic.

Just a mile from Lake Windermere in the heart of the Lake District, this luxury boutique hotel offers home-cooked food and free Wi-Fi. Overall, everything was perfect. The room was large enough, the supplies were sufficient, and the service staff were very kind and tried their best to meet all our needs during our stay. I have to mention Charlie, he is seriously the funniest person I have ever met in the UK. The hot tub should be the biggest feature of this hotel. My wife and I enjoyed it for three whole days and were very satisfied. The price/performance ratio is very good. The hotel is located in the middle of the two towns of Bowness and Windermere, and it is very convenient to walk to both towns. In any case, I will definitely recommend this hotel next time I come to the Lake District, or if my friends want to travel to the Lake District.

This is a beautiful hotel, so much attention to detail, we loved all the sculptures and artwork. The gardens were absolutely stunning and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and efficient. we enjoyed our stay very much.
