Everything was fantastic my parents loved their room. They were so relaxed with the views out the window. The vomfy beds to room size. The pool they used was great! The service for the 2 nights was superb! Overall they were tickle pink!

The love snug was a great room and was great to use the sauna facility. Catherine was excellent and very friendly , making us feel welcome. The bubbly on arrival was lovely too!

The location is great for both walking the hills but also walking into Ambleside when you don’t want something too exhausting. We were planning on going somewhere else for dinner but ended up eating at the hotel every night - because there’s really nothing that makes you want to leave!
