With 125 air-conditioned bedrooms, Holiday Inn Express Newport is a modern hotel, offering ample free private parking and free WiFi throughout. We liked everything about our stay and would recommend it unreservedly. The air-conditioning made it very comfortable during the unseasonably hot weather (24 degrees C in October!). It was also excellent value for money.

Set in over 7 acres of gardens, The Parkway Hotel & Spa in Cwmbran boasts a leisure club with a 15-metre swimming pool, sauna and spa bath. There is also a restaurant and lounge with a real log fire. The Parkway Hotel has the friendliest staff and are a credit to the hotel. Haven't been since lockdown and everything was to the same high standard. Was so relieved that they still had the custard slices they are amazing.

This historic country inn has delicious food and luxury rooms. It is within a few km of the famous Celtic Manor Resort, home of the 2010 Ryder Cup. The Old Barn Inn dates back to the early 1750s. Had a lovely stay. Really friendly helpful staff. Lovely food and breakfast was excellent.
