This place was amazing the staff really friendly nothing too much a problem for them. The atmosphere is so chilled and wellcoming its warming and inviting and they treat you like an individual rather than just another customer. i arrived starving needing food late at 5pm, they accomadated me at 5.30 pm sooo grateful. as In the village places dident open till 7pm. Lovely touches personnal name plaque on the table, plenty of goodies in the room the resturant was beautiful . with a roaring fire. and importantly all the food is freshly made top class. I cant say a bad thing about my stay , im honoured to have experienced living in the house of Alfred Russel Wallace from all those years ago,,,.Spring time im back!

Є шампунь, мило і гель для душу, хоча на картинках був ще кондиціонер, та у номері його не виявилось, проте можливо його можна було попросити у персоналу. Також є необхідні записки, що пояснюють умови і додаткові послуги готелю. Чудове місце, буду рекомендувати друзям і запам'ятаю для себе!

Two Rivers Lodge is set one mile from the historic town of Chepstow, close to the A48 Road. It features a restaurant, an outdoor eating area and a children’s play area. Clean, comfortable. The team were so helpful and friendly!!! Would stay there again!!

Situated in Pontypool, the Best Western Pontypool Metro Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Everything was brilliant from entering the building we were greeted by a cheerful and pleasant young guy. We had forgotten our phone charger and the young guy managed to find us one and saved the day.The room was clean and Everything we needed was in the room. Lovely hotel and lovely staff

The Priory is nestled within the historic town of Caerleon on the River Usk. Dating back to 1180, this hotel was originally a Cistercian monastery. Gorgeous spacious room with beautiful view, clawfoot tub and very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay here!

With 125 air-conditioned bedrooms, Holiday Inn Express Newport is a modern hotel, offering free private parking and free Wi-Fi throughout. I travelled to Newport for a family funeral . Staff at the hotel repeatedly went above and beyond with assistance. They allowed other family members to use our room facilities and provided breakfast, hours after it had stopped being served . I didn't get their names, but staff on the front desk should be highly commended .
