There are a lot of things we like about this hotel: - It’s pet friendly. They provide bed, bowls and even a treat for your dog. - The rooms are huge, well designed and clean. We especially love how the bathrooms are designed. - The maxi bar is great to get coffee, tea or other beverages/snacks. It’s especially useful if you travel with a baby, like we do, because in it you’ll find a microwave and cutlery too. Fresh water is also always available. - It’s very convenient to have both the restaurant and the shop just outside the hotel. Both sell excellent products. - If you travel with kids, they have an outdoor playground. - The location is very convenient, less than 10 minutes from the highway, which makes it a great hotel for a one night stop en route. - We did not try breakfast since we left very early in the morning, but they provide a breakfast to go if you ask for it the day before.

Loved everything about this hotel! The check-in staff (specially Aditya and Max) were very welcoming and looked after me through out my stay. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was just amazing. I had a good restful stay in the comfy room after a long hike with great views to the nature landscape.

Beautiful location in the middle of the Black Forest with walking routes around the Schauinsland. Freiburg im Breisgau is only a half hour drive away. The continental breakfast had excellent pretzels and the restaurant is excellent, though closed on Mon - Weds, so make sure to bring food for those days or be ready to drive elsewhere. The staff were really helpful in offering tips on places to go. The sauna is lovely and quiet - you can sign up for a slot each day.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was lovely, modern, and very clean. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The hotel also had a great location, next to a tram station and close to a super market and a mall. I think it was a great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Breisgau.
This hotel gave us a large, nicely decorated room with ensuite bathroom. It was chosen due to proximity to a meeting the next morning, but is a bit outside of Freiburg am Breisgau. There is a restaurant in the building which was very nice for dinner. Parking was free. The building was reminiscent of the older German hotels, but it was in great shape.
From start to finish, we had a wonderful stay at Park Hotel Post! We particularly appreciated the friendliness of the front desk staff and the hotel’s convenient location. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of options for breakfast. In short, we will happily return to this hotel the next time we’re in Freiburg im Breisgau.

This apartment was very convenient to the train station, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weekend in Freiburg im Breisgau. We especially loved the room darkening blinds and comfortable beds!!

The breakfast was delicious and varied. Dinner in the garden restaurant was also great and the English speaking waitress so friendly and helpful. It was a 15-20 min pleasant walk to the old town. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if in Freiburg.

The location of this hotel is excellent. You are in very close proximity to the Cathedral and all the restaurants. There is a tram stop just down the street so it’s very accessible. The staff were lovely and friendly, and our room was fabulous.
