Christina was very welcoming and friendly, greeted us immediately upon our arrival and replied to all our queries. The apartment is lovely, ground floor and it seems to be newly refurbished. I want to especially point out the cleanliness of the apartment, which was superb! Very impressed and made us feel right at home and comfortable.
The kitchen has all the equipment needed to make a basic meal and even things like oil, salt, pepper were provided. We thought the bed was very nice and comfortable and enjoyed the newly refurbished bathroom. The location itself is beautiful, very rural and only about a 20min drive from the Europapark, so would definitely recommend if you're planning to visit the amusement park.

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, it had everything we needed, it is located in a quiet area and the host is very nice and ready to help with anything needed. The receptionists said we should have looked up Google to find out if we could stay in that region of Germany..
I do believe that booking.com should have informed us. We had been driving for many hours from the Netherlands, I am 80 years old so was exhausted. Also the hotel should have told us before arrival.
We carried on to Switzerland as the only option where we found a decent hotel.
I am shocked to see that have since been charged the full amount by this hotel.

Herbolzheim is very quite and almost nothing we can do around . I am surprised because a lot of halal restaurant there, i feel so glad. The banhof looks very very old, i havent seen any informatiin center. People around Herbolzheim are very kind, mostly big smile and warm. The best thing in herbolzheim is very closed to Europa park, and the bus to get there is free of charge.

We've decided to stay there (Herbolzheim) simply because it is very close by to the "Europa Park" and so we were able to easily drive from our apartment to "Europa Park" in approximately 10 minutes.
The kitchen is very well equipped, there is a washing machine, so it is very convenient for a long stay.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The staff is lovely, there is a
parking space near the hotel, there is a supermarket and on Fridays in front of the hotel there is a very nice farmers market.
Hotel location was great - 10 minute drive from Park Europa. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast had a wide selection of options. The room had a good AC, which was really essential when we were there.
The staff members were super nice and helpful.
The rooms are big and it was very clean.
The hotel is near Europapark and is very accessible, it has a big parking lot.
