We felt very welcomed during our stay. The staff was very friendly. Despite arriving quite late on a Saturday night, just as the kitchen was about to close, they still took the time to ask if we wanted to have dinner. Their thoughtfulness made us feel truly valued as guests. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for exceptional service!

Very kind and helpful staff! The travel card you receive by paying the tourist tax is amazing and so easy to travel to Freiburg. Kirchzarten is a small lovely town and the accommodation had everything we needed and was very clean!

We got there and we were checked into rooms we had not paid for by their staff. We queried and we told no that’s all they had available. We were then hassled by phone that we were in the wrong room. When we returned late on Friday night they got angry that we had checked in wrong and we need to move immediately. Under duress we agreed and went to get our stuff only to find they had locked us out. We moved and then continually had key problems the whole weekend. Otherwise the stay was good just a very poor customer service
Lovely Hotel in a quiet village. Excellent staff, good chef. You will not be disappointed. Came here to tour the area on our motorcycle so appreciated the car parking arrangements at the rear of the Hotel. We want to stay longer next time.
It was very clean and the room was very spacious. I checked in during a day when the hotel had its resting day but it was no problem thanks to clear instructions on how to get the key. Well organised.
