A beautiful old German style hotel, with plenty of Black Forest charm and character. Not your chain hotel, and one that gave true German atmosphere.
Had an excellent evening meal there, and room and breakfast were certainly up to the standard we expected. There was a nice little balcony to sit out on which was very welcome on the hot evening weather we experienced.
Our 2 nght stay was excellent value.
As they were pre-informed that I am Coeliac, they provided Gluten-Free bread rolls for breakfast.

The staff is very friendly and created a warm welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. Kids loved the pool! I can warmly recommend this hotel to families and hikers who like a cosy and quiet hotel.
