The MR is conveniently situated on the main road to Melchsee Frutt, making it an excellent option for those planning a ski trip but unable to secure accommodation in Melchsee Frutt itself. They offer a Ninja park and boxing bags for active teenagers, as well as play corners for smaller kids, which you may find helpful when traveling with your family. The property is new, with facilities that are generally of high quality.
We stayed in a triple room in the Paxmontana Gasthaus although breakfast and welcome drink were offered in the main hotel. The location is wonderful. We were so happy we booked that hotel in this peaceful location surrounded by this beautiful greenery and walking paths. The staff is very efficient and kind. Our room in the Gasthaus was very comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay there
Breakfast was good, lots to choose. The location has ups and downs. Although it is located near popular locations, you need a car to drive around. On the other hand its really quiet there. The balcony view is all nature.
The location high in the mountains and far away from busy tourist stops was to its advantage. The endless views across the alpine area was extraordinary. The dinner and breakfast in cute eating area well served with friendly precision was memorable. Very clean and typically Swiss Mtn decor perfect for our family trek on Via Alpina trail.
