A 15-minute drive from Pilatus Ski Resort, chalet-like Nomanomori offers quaint Western rooms. It features a garden with a terrace, free Wi-Fi and a cosy lounge with a fireplace. 10/10! Our stay at Nomanomori was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Sen and Taka. Sen embodies warmth, kindness, and an exceptional welcoming spirit, while Taka has a calm strength and genuine caring presence that made us feel so at home. They took such good care of us, and our conversations were light-hearted, joyful, and truly memorable. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, feel completely at ease, and connect with the lovely spirit of Japan, Nomanomori is perfect. We can’t wait to return!

The bedding was excellent, showers and toilets worked well. Our host Toshi really made the stay exceptional, he helped us wherever he could, dropped us at the lifts each day and made it really special. Location was excellent, with a shuttle stop for the other mountains 2 minutes walk away. The on-site Onsen was also great and worth booking after a long day. Can’t recommend this stay highly enough, truly 10/10!

The building was beautiful and made of wood. Also available was a proper Japanese-style bathing room just like you'd find at any public bath house. We found the location great as well; wonderfully dark and quiet at night. All the food offered was also organic, and breakfasts were included.

The Host Akira is very welcoming and knows the area very well so was able to give great recommendations for nearby restraunts and activities.
