Location is near Echoland and my room has a very nice view of the mountain area in the morning. It was so nice to wake up with that view. 2. Clean and well-organized place. The common area is so neat and relaxing, you would want to stay in the place for longer. My room was so clean, complete with hot water and a heater. It was so comfortable I was able to rest well (more than 12 hrs of sleep 😲) after a day of a long hike. 3. More than the above, I was really happy with the hospitality of the host. Despite challenges in language, she tried her best to help me find the best time and way to get to the mountain resort. Knowing it's my first time in Hakuba she guided me to places around the area. She even extended help to get me to the bus terminal. I love the place and will come back here.😃😃😃

Pension Ringo-no Ki er et helt røgfrit overnatningssted i Hakuba. Der er gratis wi-fi. Der er hårtørrer, gratis toiletartikler og tøfler på stedet. The staff here were without a doubt the most fantastic hosts I have ever had. They enthusiastically catered to our every need and anticipated any problems we might have had well ahead of time. I can’t say enough good things.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was home-made traditional Japanese, with some Western-style food available, e.g. ham & eggs, cereal.

Pension Belnia ligger 5 minutters kørsel fra skisportsstedet Hakuba Happoone og tilbyder hyggelig indkvartering samt gratis WiFi overalt på ejendommen. Belnina locates in a quite convenient spot of Echoland to access shuttle buses to many ski resorts. The host Taka and his wife were really hospitable and friendly, and they also recommended restaurants and coffee shops when being asked, which were all delicious! I truly had a lovely stay there.

Pension Tomato ligger 10 minutters kørsel fra skisportsstedet Hakuba Happo-One og tilbyder rummelige værelser i vestlig stil med hems. Love it. Super friendly hosts who helped us a lot, offered to pick us up, take us to hire gear at echoland (with discount at affiliated store), take us to deliver our luggage and send us to the station upon checking out. Booked restaurants for us too since we didn't have a local phone number. Thank you so much! Great accommodation, very cosy and nice atmosphere, vending machine inside, 2 onsen rooms (one of which has an outdoor onsen too, very nice in the snow) which can be used privately by booking each day. Drying room for ski gear is very convenient. Short walking distance (<5 min) to free local bus stop to goryu, happo, iwatake and also to echoland base camp for the hakuba valley shuttle. Buses only run a few each day and finish pretty early, best to not miss the last one as getting a taxi can be a pain! Breakfast needs to be booked by 10am from the previous day, but it's amazing, highly recommended.

Log Cottage Epoch ligger 10 minutters gang fra skisportsstedet Happo One, og gæsterne kan leje en hel hytte. Samtlige rummelige feriehytter har gratis trådløs internetadgang, køkken og opholdsstue. This place was fantastic. Mountain cabin in a distinctly Japanese style. It's not especially walkable but Toshi will shuttle you around the valley, including to Happo One ski resort. Just need to take a taxi if you're trying to get back after dinner time. Private onsen was really nice. Toshi and his wife were wonderful hosts, easily recommend.

Our stay at Il Bosco was so wholesome. They use eco friendly and organic products throughout and have a conscious eco friendly way of running it. Naomi and Koki went above and beyond. My husband is a coeliac and so they made a delicious rice bread to cater for his dietary needs. They were happy to help with lifts to the bus stop and ski fields. It felt like nothing was too difficult or an imposition. We would happily go back to Il Bosco. Thank you!

Hakuba Third Place Lodge ligger i Hakuba og tilbyder indkvartering med fælles opholdsstue og gratis wi-fi, 13 km fra skiområdet Tsugaike Kogen og 40 km fra Nagano Station. The owner is so nice. The place is new and super clean. And good location in Hakuba!
