Dikelilingi oleh perbukitan dan pegunungan, Landgasthaus Neues Bild, Eggerstanden yang dikelola keluarga ini menempati sebuah bangunan bersejarah, 10 menit berkendara dari pusat Appenzell. Better than expected. Trails nearby. Easy parking. Room was very comfortable and updated. During the summer, it was nice to have a fan in the room. We had a great dinner on one night. The host and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again.

Dikelilingi oleh alam yang belum tersentuh, Waldgasthaus Lehmen dapat ditemukan 4 km dari Weissbad di kanton Appenzell. Hotel ini menawarkan kamar-kamar bergaya Alpen dan teras restoran yang menawan. We stayed 2 nights beginning of June. If you like traditional places, you should visit Waldgasthaus Lehmen. You would be surrounded by natural forest with a view on Appenzell Alps. One of the most common sound during the day is various bells on cow necks. We were lucky to see how Appenzell farmers bring their cows to the mountains. The farmers have very beautiful cloths! On Saturday we saw a group of farmers, who came in their traditional dresses to Lehmen restaurant and had a few hours of singing and enjoying food. The restaurant is very good, if you like Swiss food. You must be hiking in that region, otherwise food might be too heavy. I had pork steak, pork schnitzel and beef steak with noodles and mushrooms. All dishes were very tasty. You have to try local beer! And Lehmen whisky! Highly recommended! Very nice! Service is impeccable, fast and attentive. All personnel is very friendly. Breakfast is wonderful! I would prefer, if it started at 7 instead of 8… Our room 17 was great, soft pillows, comfy beds, bath, simple but cozy design. The hotel has a playground for kids. Parking is huge.

Berlokasi di Gais, 17 km dari Olma Messen St. Gallen, Ferienhotel Idyll Gais menyediakan akomodasi dengan taman, parkir pribadi gratis, lounge bersama, dan teras. Excellent building. Just how one would imagine a typical Swiss village house. I regret that I didn’t spend more time in the area. Good breakfast. Clean and perfectly maintained. I will definitely go back.

Landgasthof Hölzlisberg Eichberg memiliki restoran bebas hambatan yang menyajikan masakan Swiss musiman dan internasional. Halte bus Eichberg berjarak 1 km. I like the property and the host and the location up hill ,beautiful. Feel home 🏡. It’s really traditional classics hotel and the owner so kind to us . She willing to open the restaurant just for us as we can’t go outside because of the weather to cold. It’s was last minute to order food and she really helped us. The day check out she did send us to train station 🚉. Thank you 🙏 so much to her kindness and hospitality. Definitely I will comeback again . Will recommend to others.

Schwendi Lodge adalah sebuah bangunan kayu bersejarah yang menawarkan gratis, tepat di sebelah lereng Area Ski Unterwasser-Wildhaus. Akses Wi-Fi dan taman dengan teras berjemur. Amazing place. Lovely owners, great people! Fabulous breakfast. Stunning view of the mountains.

Wisma tradisional di Alt St Johann ini hanya berjarak 500 meter dari Lift Ski Sellamatt. Hotel ini memiliki restoran yang menyajikan masakan klasik Swiss dan menawarkan Wi-Fi gratis di area umum. Nice breakfast - not too big but adequate, good room that does the job. Friendly staff and value for money was okay considering it was hight season. All in all perfect for what we needed.
