Friendly and helpful staff were very proactive and accommodating with our large group. We had our own kitchen and dining area to meet in. They also rearranged rooms to meet our needs. The location is great in the center of Nelson, right next to grocery stores, shopping, and the Saturday Market. Everything was kept impeccably clean. Thus was the best hostel we stayed in New Zealand! They were also very helpful in arranging outings for everyone. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

This hostel offers free unlimited Wi-Fi, a log fire in the guest lounge and heaters in all rooms. Guests can relax in the hammock in the garden. Had a great experience here. The most well run hostel I’ve ever been to. Certainly the cleanest. Incredible staff. Helped me with so many different things. Fantastic common areas as well, and the free pudding in the evening brings everyone together with a smile. This place is a gem

Ubytovanie The Palace Backpackers sa nachádza v destinácii Nelson 9 min. chôdze od miesta Christ Church Cathedral (Nelson). sitting out on the balcony where some other backpackers sat to chill out in the afternoon. Everyone I met were amazing, friendly and very interested in why my Husband and i were in Nelson. The uphill was a challenge but doable, the parking was hard as we had a big 4x4 but again it was doable. The owner of The Palace was a pretty cool down to earth person. We enjoyed our stay and we will go back again.

Built in 1888, The Prince Albert Backpackers & Bar is a heritage building with free Wi-Fi, an onsite bar and restaurant and a cafe on weekdays Prince Albert Backpackers is a 5-minute walk from Nelson.... The property is quite cozy, well designed. The staff has kindly helped us carry our heavy baggage upstairs.

Offering private and dormitory rooms with free unlimited WiFi, The Bug Backpackers is just 15 minutes’ walk from local shops and restaurants. Really spacious private room. Kitchen had everything you needed and more!

Ubytovanie Downtown Backpackers & Accommodation sa nachádza v centre mesta Nelson 7 min. chôdze od miesta Christ Church Cathedral (Nelson) a menej ako 1 km od miesta Trafalgar Park. The bed was very comfortable and we were warned about the noise which wasn't too bad Apart from that we totally enjoyed our stay.
