Prince Albert Backpackers is a 5-minute walk from Nelson. It is a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal. It is a 5-minute drive from Trafalgar Park and a 15-minute drive from Nelson Airport. Clean, great service, good wifi.

The hostel also offers mountain and city bikes for hire. Friendly and helpful staff were very proactive and accommodating with our large group. We had our own kitchen and dining area to meet in. They also rearranged rooms to meet our needs. The location is great in the center of Nelson, right next to grocery stores, shopping, and the Saturday Market. Everything was kept impeccably clean. Thus was the best hostel we stayed in New Zealand! They were also very helpful in arranging outings for everyone. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Bridge Backpackers is ideally located in the centre of Nelson, and offers a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Located around 600 metres from Christ Church Cathedral, Nelson, the hostel is also less than 1 km away from Trafalgar Park. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a tour desk and luggage storage for guests. Everything is really clean, nice and organised, also staff is really helpful and great! Kitchen area is modern and it was a really nice stay.

Hey, I allmost never wrote any feed back, but Honeysuckle Hostel was special for me. The owner it is such a simpatic aged man and seems run this hostel at his own. Everything here was easy going in Diy, family style. Perfect fits to me.. It really takes me to the friendly mood of Nelson town. Btw. It has really nice small garden, and you can also use some herbs for your cooking 👌🤌

It is a 4-minute walk from Christ Church Cathedral. Free WiFi is provided. sitting out on the balcony where some other backpackers sat to chill out in the afternoon. Everyone I met were amazing, friendly and very interested in why my Husband and i were in Nelson. The uphill was a challenge but doable, the parking was hard as we had a big 4x4 but again it was doable. The owner of The Palace was a pretty cool down to earth person. We enjoyed our stay and we will go back again.
