Although compact, the space was clean and comfortable. Comfy bed. Breakfast was not only provided but there was also ample and sufficient choice. Warm, hospitable hosts. The warm welcome provided by the resident cat “Snowdog” was purrrrfect!

Very tidy, great location and the bowl of fresh fruit on the way in was a fantastic gesture. Having met up with the Labradoodle and their owner (one of the hosts) after dinner out we were even happier with our choice.

Location was beautiful and convenient.Would definitely stay here again!

The road from Auckland to the property was a bit rocky but totally worth the trouble. It is such a quiet relaxing hideaway and this is what I have always envisioned of NZ. Aaron and Danielle are wonderful hosts and make you feel welcomed and at ease the whole time. The dinner prepared by Chef Dom is also superb. Have to come back again for a longer stay!

The sunrise and view took my breath away! It is such a beautiful setting, and it was good fun to help feed the alpacas. I didn't want to leave!
