And we stayed at some posh places (5 Star, etc.). Blown away with this farm stay. Such a lovely people. Great accommodation with every amenity. So peaceful and relaxing. If you're visiting Waitomo caves of anywhere in the area - Stay here. It's beautiful

I booked my mum and dad in there to stay at short notice with their two dogs. They said the owner was lovely. The dogs were welcome, the rural location was perfect, and room was just right. Nice owners. The space is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. We decided to make a detour to Hamilton for fine dining. Grateful to the owners who nicely received us even though we had booked in the very last minute.

The road from Auckland to the property was a bit rocky but totally worth the trouble. It is such a quiet relaxing hideaway and this is what I have always envisioned of NZ. Aaron and Danielle are wonderful hosts and make you feel welcomed and at ease the whole time. The dinner prepared by Chef Dom is also superb. Have to come back again for a longer stay!

Spacious two-storey apartment with a terrace in a green surrounding. Ground floor with kitchen / living room, first floor with sleeping room (up to 5). Good base to explore the Waitomo Caves etc.

Nastanitev Perma Ridge Farmstay je v mestu Ngaruawahia v regiji Waikato in nudi brezplačen WiFi, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče ter dostop do vroče kopeli. It was a kids adventure playground - trampoline, swings, spa pool and swimming pool, chickens, strawberries, etc. We had a lovely time!
