Thanks to the farmer host and his wife for patiently showing us around the room and recommending a great place for dinner. We really appreciated the farmer host taking us on a tractor tour of his farm, showing us how it operates and how they milk the cows. It was a unique experience, and we learned so much. The farm is beautiful. The bed in the guesthouse was very soft, and the room was exceptionally clean. The view from the room was fantastic, especially the stunning sunrise. The host's pet dog, Rose, was adorable, and I especially liked her, as well as their cat, which I also really liked! This is an amazing place! We had a very comfortable night."

Gististaðurinn er með aðgang að verönd og ókeypis einkabílastæði. we absolutely loved our time on hunts farm. the cabin is lovely and spacious, and the setting is just beautiful- stunning views and farmland all around, yet a v short drive in to town. the cabin was very quiet and had everything we needed, and the hosts were super friendly and welcoming, would 100% recommend

The space is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. We decided to make a detour to Hamilton for fine dining. Grateful to the owners who nicely received us even though we had booked in the very last minute.

Te Karaka Lodge er bændagisting sem er umkringd fjallaútsýni og er góður staður til að slaka á í fríi í Port Waikato. Everything is perfect about this place. The road from Auckland to the property was a bit rocky but totally worth the trouble. It is such a quiet relaxing hideaway and this is what I have always envisioned of NZ. Aaron and Danielle are wonderful hosts and make you feel welcomed and at ease the whole time. The dinner prepared by Chef Dom is also superb. Have to come back again for a longer stay!

Cleverly designed and built so that visitors can wake and see - from their beds - beautiful views all around, including the nearby field of alpacas! All the facilities are stylish and high spec, and everything is pristine clean. If you’re able to get up around 7.30/8am, you can help Neil feed the family’s alpacas and goats. And there are fantail birds filling the pine trees by the room pods, and fully grown (and still alive) kauri trees on the farm; it’s very special here.

The Loft at Te Kumi Tirohanga er með útsýni yfir ána og býður upp á gistingu með garði og svölum, í um 17 km fjarlægð frá Waitomo Glow Worm-hellunum. Lovely friendly hosts that communicated well and provided us with excellent driving instructions to find the location. We loved that the Loft was warm and cozy and had all the comforts we needed while away from home. We were touched by the home made brownie snack left in the kitchen for us. We felt very welcomed on the farm and enjoyed our short stay very much.

Country View Sleepout er gististaður með garði og verönd í Hamilton, 13 km frá Waikato-leikvanginum, 14 km frá Hamilton-görðunum og 27 km frá Mystery Creek Events Centre. I booked my mum and dad in there to stay at short notice with their two dogs. They said the owner was lovely. The dogs were welcome, the rural location was perfect, and room was just right. Thank you!

Perma Ridge Farmstay er 28 km frá Hamilton Gardens í Ngaruawahia og býður upp á gistirými með aðgangi að heitum potti og heilsulindaraðstöðu. It was a kids adventure playground - trampoline, swings, spa pool and swimming pool, chickens, strawberries, etc. We had a lovely time!
