Very elegant and refined, perfectly tasteful. A true gem. The hotel is located in the old town which is a walking distance from the port. It’s very convenient if you come with Buquebus.

Sleek, modern décor and comfortable rooms can be enjoyed at Puerto Mercado Hotel, 100 metres from Mercado del Puerto Cultural Centre. WiFi is free. It is a basic and well maintained hotel. Ruben in reception and the lady attending the breakfast were very helpful and friendly.

I liked the historical atmosphere. The room was very clean. The location was perfect for a tourist. Many things within walking distance.

Since April 1st we moved to a new, more modern, 6-story building located in the Old City, close to the main tourist attractions of the city. To be honest probably the best looking hostel I've ever been, while travelling to over 30 countries... Almost felt like a bit too good haha

Located in Montevideo´s historic neighbourhood of Ciudad Vieja, NH Montevideo Columbia offers tasteful rooms with free WiFi access. The room from this Hotel is amazing, definitely a really good one to consider if traveling alone or with your partner. I recommend this stay for couples, waking up in those rooms give you a good sense of comfort. Even though I recommend it for couples, I must say it is not the most romantic place, since it's accommodations are also used for business.
