Great location, two blocks from the waterfront and central to the old city. Several nice design touches in the room. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and quite helpful staff. My son got bit by a dog in Buenos Aires and needed to get his third rabies vaccine in Montevideo. The staff made phone calls for us and found out the hospital we needed to visit to get his vaccine and the hours they were open for this. She was a real life-saver in a complicated situation for us. Would gladly stay here again.

Although the immediate surroundings left something to be desired, the port and historic city center were conveniently just a short walk away.

It’s right in the old town, just minutes from Pl. Indepencia and Mercado Puerto. Beds were super comfortable, everything very clean and nice. Free Netflix, free booze, free fruits.
